Soccer Player Aaron Ramsey Boosts Incentive for Lost Pet in Mexico to $20,000
Wales football star Aaron Ramsey has boosted the reward for information regarding his missing pet named Halo to $$20k.
Ex- Arsenal and Cardiff City player, who now represents Pumas UNAM in the capital, mentioned that Halo was observed in San Miguel de Allende, located in the Guanajuato zone.
Halo, who disappeared on October 9th, was wearing a tracking device, and the footballer shared a map pinpoint of where she was last seen.
"Any news about our beloved Halo kindly get in touch with us. Significant incentive for finding her. We are all hoping she is unharmed and will return with us quickly," the athlete posted on Instagram.
Initial Bounty and Emotional Appeals
Ramsey first disclosed that Halo had gone missing 14 days prior and has since shared numerous images of the beloved pet on his social media account.
A seven thousand five hundred pound bounty was initially announced, but with lack of updates on Halo's status after a seven days, Ramsey and his loved ones doubled the amount.
"We just want Halo returned," he stated in another plea on social media after the decade-old pet went missing.
The most recent image upload is a black and white snapshot of the beagle sleeping, its head resting in the crook of Ramsey's arm, with the caption: "What I wouldn't give to embrace you again Halo."
Household's Anxieties and Background
The footballer has additionally posted a message from his spouse Colleen on social media saying they have a few "serious concerns" regarding the event and fear the family "may never obtain explanations".
"To this day we haven't found our dog. I fear we will," his wife's post expressed.
The Wales skipper became part of Mexican premier club Club Universidad Nacional recently and made his first appearance in Liga MX in August.
Originally from Caerphilly player is the first high profile UK player to participate in the Mexico's top division.
